Painter Blaster - Welshpool

We are searching for experienced Painter Blasters, looking to either engage on a permanent or casual basis. This will be a role at our Welshpool facility.MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries. This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services and mineral processing equipment & products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.About The OpportunityReporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to undertake industrial spray painting and abrasive blasting operations.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToAdminister paint coatings to structural and mining equipment, such as pipes, structural steel, dump trucks and crushersComplete works to a high standardMaintain and encourage productivity between yourself and the teamBeing conscious of health and safety requirementsQualifications, Skills and Experience:2+ years of Workshop based experience in abrasive blasting and spray paintingTrade qualifications in painting and/or blasting (desirable)Current and valid Australian driver’s licenceHigh-risk work licence is highly advantageous (Forklift)Able to spray to specification thicknessCompetent in operating and troubleshooting Airless and Conventional spray painting systemsAs a part of the recruitment process you may be required to complete pre-employment screening including but not limited to a Medical and Working Rights Check.We encourage applications from all nationalities, genders and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.Applications for this role close on Monday, 08/11/2025We reserve the right to withdraw this ad prior to the closing date
