Architect – Remote | High Security Projects | $80k–$120k + SuperAbout Us:Roberts Ginnever is a small architectural practice specialising in high-security projects for police and government clients. Established in 2020, we have a strong pipeline of projects across the East Coast and are expanding our team for 2026.The Role:Full-time, remote position, commencing February 2026 Manage projects from concept to construction documentationCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractorsPrepare and deliver drawing packagesEnsure quality control and professional conductReport directly to directorsOccasional site activitiesWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor or Master of ArchitectureAustralian Citizenship (required)Defence clearance (preferred)Police check (as requested)3–5+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with Defence and/or government projectsProficiency in Revit, Enscape, Microsoft Word, Excel, and BluebeamStrong technical knowledge of construction, NCC, and Australian StandardsExcellent communication, time management, and attention to detailWhat We Offer:Competitive salary ($80,000–$120,000 + super, based on experience)Flexible, work-from-anywhere arrangementCareer growth and leadership opportunitiesInfluence in shaping the practiceWork on projects of national importance
