Position Overview – Technical Product ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join PalmPay as we expand our business into Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and deliver high-quality fintech solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPossess a solid understanding of software development processes and API integrations to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and support technical decision-makingLead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including the design of comprehensive test cases and end-to-end user scenarios to ensure product readinessCoordinate and launch onboarding-related lifecycle campaigns – to engage users at key journey stages and make the best use of the insights to enhance the user experienceOwn the product strategy and roadmap for the onboarding experience, aligning it with business goals and user needsUse data-driven insights to identify friction points and optimization opportunities within the onboarding funnelDesign and run experiments (A/B tests) to continuously improve key onboarding metrics like time-to-value, activation, and conversionCollect and synthesize user feedback and behavioral data to inform product decisionsPartner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a smooth hand-off from onboarding to adoptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutionsCommunicate product updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and actionable wayRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5–10 years of experience in a product, onboarding, or technical role within a Fintech or SaaS companyStrong understanding of software development processes and API integrationsExperience in leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Proven experience with onboarding lifecycle campaigns and user journey mappingProficiency in data analysis and deriving insights from user behaviorHands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentationAbility to define product requirements and prioritize featuresStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package based on experience and market standardsOpportunity to work in a fast-growing multinational fintech company with a collaborative and innovative environmentPotential for regional career growth as PalmPay expands in South AsiaLocation:
