Voyago is hiring Part-Time drivers for our London Para Transit Division!As a Para Transit Driver, you're the friendly face behind the wheel, making sure seniors and individuals with special needs can get to medical appointments, groceries, social outings, basically all the important stuff.Your Role:You are responsible for delivering exceptional door-to-door customer serviceYou are required to provide proactive assistance to passengers in boarding vehicles, maneuvering wheelchairs, securing belts, lifting portable assistive devices, and offering necessary aid throughout the journeyAdditionally, providing WOW! Customer service to all passengers and assisting with information on fares, schedules, and stops is a crucial aspect of this roleYou are responsible for performing basic vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle is in good working order at the start of your shiftRequirementsYour Profile:You are a safe driver with a clean driving recordYou can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screeningYou are a professional driver with a class license of G, B, C or FYou have excellent customer service skillsYou are patient, compassionate, and empathtic You are comfortable working around any type of service animal You are capable of working at a fast pace and keeping up with the physical demands of the role (Pushing, pulling, bending and twisting at a fast pace for 8 to 10 hours)You have intermediate to advanced verbal and written language skills (equivalent to B2 to C1 levels)You bring relevant experience from a similar role or have experience assisting individuals with disabilitiesYou have a good understanding of London's streets and neighborhoods, with confident navigation skillsYou are comfortable working within a UnionYou are comfortable starting in a part time role, working 12 to 24 hours per week, with the option to pick up additional shifts when availableYour Schedule:This opportunity is all about flexibility.
