The position will work as part of a small team maintaining parks and oval surrounds. Duties include the use of ride on and push grasscutting units, whipper snippers, hand blowers and linemarking equipment. The crew are also responsible for the cleaning of amenities and vegetation maintenance within the crews area.Position RequirementsCurrent Class C Driver licence is essentialA current MR Licence (desirable)General Construction Induction CertificateAbout YouYour new role requires the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines as set by the Parks Service Unit Supervisors. A high standard of service is needed to take appropriate action in response to a variety of demands.Good physical fitness is critical as the person is required to carry out manual labouring tasks.
