Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Reception Administrative Assistant located in Carnegie, VIC. The role involves managing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to the team, performing clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in representing the organization and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to professionally manage client interactions and front desk responsibilities.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record-keeping, and general office support.Experience with Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and ensuring the accuracy of office documentation.Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Knowledge of real estate operations or office management is a plus.If interested, please reach out to me at amandad@garypeer.com.au
