The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing an engaging curriculum, and supporting students in their language acquisition.Academic educationYou contribute to teaching in the Bachelor and Integrated programs in Western Balkans University.Job Requirements Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for Lecturer). Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with current language teaching methodologies and technologies. Commitment to student success and innovative teaching practices. English Proficiency: Proof of English language proficiency at a minimum level of C1+ or equivalent is essential. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
