This is your chance to join a fast-moving team shaping how global partnerships drive growth across Nysonian’s portfolio.The RoleWe’re seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support Nysonian’s growing network of brand partners, influencers, and agencies. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships and the marketing, operations, and finance teams to manage relationships, support deals, and ensure smooth collaboration across campaigns.You’ll play a vital role in identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining strong communication channels — helping transform collaborations into long-term growth drivers.What You’ll Do Manage Partner RelationshipsAct as the primary point of contact between Nysonian and its partners.Maintain ongoing communication to ensure both sides meet mutual goals.Handle day-to-day coordination, updates, and follow-ups. Support Partnership DealsAssist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners (brands, influencers, agencies, etc.).Help prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and decks.Coordinate contracts, agreements, and deliverables once a deal is confirmed. Internal CoordinationCollaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure partnership activities run smoothly.Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across departments.Ensure all internal teams are aligned on partner expectations and commitments. Tracking & ReportingMonitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, or revenue from partnerships).Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing progress, outcomes, and ROI. Strategic InputSuggest ideas for new collaborations and ways to enhance existing partnerships.Conduct market research to identify potential partner brands aligned with Nysonian’s goals and audience.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, or marketing coordination (agency or brand-side).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.Experience in preparing decks, proposals, and partnership reports.Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or affiliate programs is a plus.Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office (especially Excel and Slides).Why Join UsBe part of a global, fast-scaling company redefining modern lifestyle brands.Work directly with cross-functional teams shaping high-impact collaborations.Thrive in a creative, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.Play a key role in expanding Nysonian’s global partnership ecosystem.
