As a Partnerships Lead at Paymob, you will drive strategic partnerships that strengthen our network and optimize value for our clientsIn this role, you’ll collaborate with key suppliers, develop innovative partnership strategies, and manage relationships that support our business objectivesResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and onboard strategic partners to enhance our product offerings and service capabilities.Develop and execute partnership strategies to align with business growth and customer needsManage and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Paymob's values.Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to optimize partner engagement and performanceTrack, analyze, and report on partnership performance, ensuring continuous improvement and value deliveryRequirementsAn experienced partnerships or vendor management professional with 2+ years in fintech, tech, or a related fieldA strategic thinker who can align partnerships with business goals and deliver measurable valueA strong communicator and negotiator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholdersComfortable working cross-functionally and navigating fast-paced, high-growth environmentsSkilled in using CRM tools and analyzing data to drive decisionsCurious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance and collaborationEducated with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
