Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Housing Advisor located in Abu Dhabi. The Professional Housing Advisor is responsible for assisting clients in finding and securing properties that best suit their needs. Daily tasks include property viewings, client consultations, conducting market research, preparing listings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property developers. The role also involves providing property investment advice and assisting clients in the buying, selling, or leasing process. Qualifications Experience in real estate brokerage, including property sales and leasingStrong client relationship management and customer service skillsKnowledge of property markets, pricing trends, and investment strategiesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in real estate marketing strategies and toolsAbility to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with property laws and regulations in the UAE is advantageousFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plusValid UAE driving licensePrevious experience in real estate, particularly in the UAE market, is an added advantage
