The successful candidate will drive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across residential, corporate, and industrial security sectors.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share.• Identify and secure high-value opportunities with corporate and government clients.• Build strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives.• Lead negotiations, proposal development, and deal closures.• Craft innovative security and surveillance solutions for diverse client needs.• Manage project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic goals.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in the security, consulting, or technology sectors.• Proven record of closing large-scale deals and managing complex business projects.• Excellent networking, communication, and leadership skills.• Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.• Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
