Check out our Chief Sales Officer, Sean Chinski's insights on the new reality of AI sales: https://www.raft.ai/resources/blog-posts/ai-logistics-sales-conversationsWhat You'll DoYou will be a Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Director driving transformation and growth through strategic alliances, specializing in enabling significant business transformation across the EMEA region through an extensive partner network.Strategic Alliance Leadership: Develop, manage, and expand partnerships specifically with Global (GSI) and Regional System Integrators (RSI) across the EMEA market to achieve substantial revenue goals for RaftGo-to-Market Execution: Create and deploy robust, data-driven Go-to-Market strategic plans, channel strategies, and commercial agreements designed to cultivate partnerships that consistently drive joint business growthRevenue Generation: Own the partnership pipeline, proactively building, managing, and driving revenue-generating activities with partners for our next-generation AI platformRelationship Management: Build lasting, high-trust relationships with key partner stakeholders at all levels, acting as the primary commercial and strategic liaisonCross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure partner efforts are seamlessly integrated across internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Consulting Services, to enrich service offerings and elevate customer outcomesWhat You'll BringWe are looking for a highly commercial, results-focused individual who is passionate about creating tangible value through deep collaboration.Extensive commercial experience (10+ years preferred) in Partnerships, Alliances, or Enterprise Sales, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Consulting sectorsA proven track record of successfully building and managing alliances with Global and Regional System Integrators (GSI/RSI), particularly within the EMEA territoryAn established professional network within the EMEA partner ecosystem that can be immediately leveraged to build trust and accelerate GTM initiativesDeep expertise in developing channel strategies, commercial planning, and executing strategic alliances that drive predictable, consistent business growthExceptional skills in working cross-functionally and collaboratively, demonstrating the ability to mobilize internal and external teams to achieve long-term success and market differentiationApply because you want to...Drive Boardroom Outcomes: We don't sell features; we deliver strategic, measurable business transformations for global logistics leaders, shifting the conversation from "if" AI works to "how fast" they can scale itConsultative Sales at the Executive Level: You will engage directly with C-suite executives (CFOs, COOs, CEOs) who are mandated to implement AI at scale, offering a deeply strategic and high-impact sales experienceBecome a Strategic Guide: Your role will be to serve as a trusted industry partner, leading consultative workshops to solve complex, global challenges rather than just conducting product demosSolve Scalability and Integration: You will directly address the most urgent buyer demands by ensuring AI solutions are globally scalable, proven, and act as the seamless connecting layer across fragmented enterprise systemsCapitalize on a High-Growth Market: Join a sector where skepticism is gone and the primary focus is rapid, board-mandated adoption, guaranteeing a fast-paced environment
