Contractor Opportunity: Automotive Parts Return SpecialistLocation: New Holland, PA – On-SiteEngagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party SupplierContracting Entity: AccentureSupplier of Record: ETeamsStart Date: 12/08/2025Duration: 12 Months with potential for extensionAbout The RoleWe are seeking qualified contractors to fulfil the role of an Agriculture Construction Parts Return Specialist, who will be responsible for responsible for coordinating, processing, and tracking returned agriculture and construction parts from dealerships, service centers, and customers. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with warranty policies, and efficient inventory management while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.The specialist plays a critical role in supporting quality control, minimizing losses, and improving the overall efficiency of the parts return process.This opportunity is open to individuals located in New Holland PA, and/or surrounding areas. Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, ETeams, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes. Key ResponsibilitiesCore Duties:Receive, inspect, and process returned parts according to company guidelines and warranty policies.Verify part numbers, quantities, and conditions against return authorization requests and packing slipsAccurately log returned items into inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP Tools).Tag, label, and route returned parts to appropriate department for inspection, testing, or disposalPrepare and maintain all required documentation, including return authorizations, credit memos, and claim forms.Ensure proper filing and organization of all warranty-related records for auditing purposes.Generate reports on return volumes, processing times, and claim statuses for management review.Deliverables Or Project ScopePlay a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the company’s inventory and warranty processesAccurately handle documentation, and routing of all returned parts, ensuring compliance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory standardsCollaborate with warranty, quality and engineering teams to ensure defective parts are documented and evaluated.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations for packaging, shipping, and disposal of returned materials.Collaboration Tools or Platforms:Use inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools)ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED 1 years of experience in parts returns, warranty processing, logistics, or inventory control (agriculture and construction parts industry experience strongly preferred)Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.Must adhere to all company safety protocols and PPE Requirements.Work environment may involve warehouse office, and shipping/receiving.Preferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of agriculture and construction parts, warranty policies, and return proceduresStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in warehouse, office, and shipping/receiving environmentsHow To ApplyPlease register and submit your resume at Avature Contractor Exchange,Qualified candidates will be contacted by Accenture’s Direct Sourcing team for initial screening, then by ETeams for next steps.Compliance NotesThis is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier.
