Job Description
DescriptionRegular Job Functions Greets patients and visitors pleasantly Process patient upon completion of appointment Collects co-payments, co-insurance, deductible and balances if not collected at check-in Reconciles daily patient payments Schedules follow-up patient appointments Provides back-up coverage at check-in Provides back-up coverage for appointment scheduling Enters established patient demographics as necessary. Performs Chart Check on assigned providers Assist patients to exit the clinic area when needed.RequirementsMinimum of six months in a physician office setting performing check-in functions.
