This is a full-time remote position, supporting a U.S.-based mental health organization.As a Patient Advocate, you will serve as a bridge between patients, clinicians, and administrative teams—ensuring compassionate, timely, and high-quality support for every patient. You’ll assist patients in understanding treatment plans, coordinating appointments, resolving concerns, and navigating mental health services with empathy and professionalism.Shift: Monday to Friday, 10 PM – 7 AM Philippine Time (equivalent to 9 AM – 6 PM CST)Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding questions, feedback, and support needs.Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, therapy options, and medication management.Advocate for patients’ needs with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely resolutions.Coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions, psychiatric appointments, and follow-ups.Educate patients on behavioral health resources, community programs, and support services.Document patient interactions and outcomes per HIPAA and organizational standards.Handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Prior experience in behavioral health, patient support, or healthcare coordination preferred.Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations while maintaining confidentiality.
