Payer Enrollment Specialist — Philippines (Remote)

GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payer Enrollment Specialist to join our healthcare team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with insurance payers, supporting smooth operations and accurate data management. If you’re passionate about healthcare administration and thrive in a structured, process-driven environment, this is the role for you.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱60,000 - ₱70,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll Be DoingAnswer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.Complete provider enrollments via payer portals, email, and PDF applications.Update provider profiles in the payer enrollment management system.Perform administrative tasks within the Verifiable platform (or similar systems).Support CX and provider onboarding processes.Assist in delivering and tracking small project deliverables within dedicated workstreams.Follow SOPs and process documentation consistently.Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.What We’re Looking ForStrong written communication skills; experience using Slack.Experience with Verifiable or similar verification platforms (Medallion, Echo, Simplr, Modio).2+ years experience with Google Sheets (basic–intermediate for data entry).1+ years experience with Zendesk or similar CX platform.Familiarity with payer portals (AETNA, UHC, and others).Prior healthcare administrative experience (credentialing, payer contracting, licensing, claims billing).Comfortable calling insurance providers to follow up on enrollment status.Proficiency in GSuite.Ability to work CST (8AM–5PM)Nice-to-HaveExperience with Availity or similar platforms bridging healthcare and insurance providers.Grow IntoCreate macros in support helpdesk tools to streamline processes.Report on analytics related to owned processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Take on more responsibilities as you learn and grow within the team.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
