Job Title:Patient Care AdministratorLocation:Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Manila, PhilippinesIndustry:HealthcareResponsibilities:Support the patient journey by handling administrative duties such as booking appointments, updating patient records, and liaising with referrers.Ensure accuracy of data input into patient administration systems and maintain up-to-date records.Manage patient calls effectively by identifying needs, providing first-time resolution, and communicating relevant information clearly.Escalate issues as necessary while maintaining high standards of service.Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and quality assurance measures in line with healthcare standards.Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous service improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referrers, and internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience.Qualifications & Experience:Experience in data processing, entry, or analysis roles, with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach to patient interaction.Background in customer or patient service, handling queries effectively and sensitively.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with multiple systems.Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.Flexible to work in a weekly shift pattern as required.
