Convergint is looking for a part-time, enthusiastic, results driven and customer focused Payroll Administrator to join our amazing team. The position is a 3 day a week office-based position with standard business hours. You want to grow with us and deliver results as an exceptional Payroll Administrator.The RoleThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and supporting related administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining payroll records, assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and organisational policies.You will be responsible for:Assist in preparing and processing payroll for all employees Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system Assist with preparation of payroll reports and audits as required Ensures compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and regulations pertaining to PayrollRespond to employee inquires, regarding payroll, deductions and payments Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and systemsPerform other duties and responsibilities as requested or requiredSkills & Competencies Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in payroll administration or a related role.Hight attention to detail and accuracy.
