The company’s senior leaders contribute widely to industry forums as BPM strategists.Role: - Senior Process Executive (Payroll Officer)Location: - Sydney (Parramatta)Status – 12 Months fixed term contractNOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.JOB DESCRIPTION: -We are currently seeking applications for the position of an experienced Payroll Officer.Preferred Qualifications: -Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, CMA)Payroll Officer with 2-3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience preferrable with SAP and Government sector. Payroll officer will be working on senior executive employees’ payroll.Other Essential Skills and Requirements: -Payroll input processing – Processing payroll data in order to maintain and update payroll information into SAP payroll system.Resolving payroll queries related to payroll input processing.Working on annual activities along with Payroll manager.Performing quarterly and yearly audits along with lead/manager.Creating personal files and uploading employee’s employment related documents as a part of new onboarding projects, updating Gen updates.Performing leave reconciliation – Checking leave taken history, leave accrual balance and service of employment.Preparing and reviewing severance estimates.Helping teams in monthly and yearly activities like running Payroll and HRO reports, bulk onboardings, bulk terminations, bulk master data processing etc.Fortnightly and Monthly client reporting.As a team managing shared mailboxes on a rotation basis.Working on data clean-up projects with payroll like back payments calculation, superannuation and tax deductions, an annual project.Performing testing (UAT and Regression testing) for new updates in SAP or new project onboardings.SAP experience is a must.Keg Responsibilities & Deliverables: -Process and provide termination and redundancy estimatesSetting up new starters and calculation of Total remuneration package/ Salary packaging Processing master data changes, leave application, change of hours, allowances, and deduction Updating master data for legislation changesResponsible for the timely follow up and response to all payroll queriesChecking of payroll reportsProviding support for audits and ad hoc reportingInfosys BPM is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive working environment.
