Job Description

AdvanceCare is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You’ll play a key role in continuously improving payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping prepare the company for future challenges.Key responsibilities:Monthly payroll processing;Management of new hires, terminations, and contract changes;Support in preparing legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, IRS);Liaison with external entities;Compliance with legal and tax obligations (DMR, Single Report, garnishments);Support in preparing HR reports and indicators;Ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation.Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Management, Accounting, HR or related field;Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll;Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law;Solid Excel skills and payroll software;Attention to detail, responsibility, and team spirit.We are offering:Family and birthday leave;Hybrid-friendly work policy;Health insurance;Corporate benefits;Competitive salary based on experience.
