Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and requirements.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Preferred CompetenciesDemonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from this role:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.
