Ideal candidate will be located in the Central (CST) or Pacific Time Zone (PST). Anticipated start date of January 2026.Serves as first point of contact regarding Enlyte’s payroll activities related to new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, time sheet data, rate changes, retroactive adjustments and special paysReviews and verifies timecard entries in the Time and Attendance System (including obtaining 100% approval of timecards from employees and their managers)Maintains vacation, sick leave and worker's compensation records;Interfaces with employees to answer questions and provide assistance and guidance on payroll related issuesPrepares tax deposits and reports;Generates and distributes checksEvaluates current processes and makes recommendations for ways to streamline work processes and build efficiencies that allow for scaling of payroll servicesCompiles reports on base and premium payAssists compensation staff in data gathering for compensation survey inputsAssists with related special projectsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent2-3 years of experience with payroll functionsKnowledge of Federal and State Regulations.Advanced Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with payroll software, Dayforce and/or UltiPro HCM/HRIS highly desirable.Skills: analytical, auditing, report writing, , detail orientation, collaboration, customer service, process improvement, multi-tasking in a high and fast paced environment and adapting to changing work environments.Ability to craft written communications for all organizational levels.Highest level of integrity and ability to keep confidences.BenefitsWe’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self.
