We’re incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.Job DescriptionThe People Administrator is responsible for responding to general HR enquiries, maintaining employee records, and coordinating the onboarding process which involves ensuring new starters are set up in our HRIS system, Workday.What You Can ExpectManaging the HR inbox, responding to general queries & triaging matters where requiredManage day to day issuing of employment contracts and following up missing paperworkEnsuring employee records are up to date in our HRISEducating users on how to use Workday. Managing the work rights of the entire workforce (during the onboarding process & throughout employment).Coordinating bookings for a high volume of training courses such as First Aid, Food Safety Training & RSA.Assisting People Business Partners with more complex HR mattersCoordinating & supporting ad hoc projects as requiredYou'll Enjoy This Role If You HavePrevious experience in a similar roleAn interest in HR & People Excellent communications skills, both written and spokenStrong computer/IT acumenStrong customer service skillsBenefitsWe’re incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other’s backs.
