Make it your next move.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support our business objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsLead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processesDesign and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growthOversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely mannerManage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairnessDevelop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilitiesCollaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagementEnsure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulationsImplement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processesDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organizationAnalyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-makingManage the HR budget and resources effectivelyPositions are open for Malaysian & Permanent Resident onlyQualificationsMaster's degree in Human Resources Management or related field8+ years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industryIn-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practicesProven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organizationAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solvingProficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with HR information systems (HRIS) and performance management toolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamicsCommitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplaceAbility to adapt to changing business needs and drive organizational changeCertified HR professional status (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plusAdditional InformationJoin us at Accor, where life pulses with passion!As a pioneer in the art of responsible hospitality, the Accor Group gathers more than 45 brands, 5,600 hotels, 10,000 restaurants, and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries.
