You will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding the best talent to support our hotel’s continued success.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.Take a proactive approach to attract and engage passive candidates.Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, competencies, and cultural fit.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Support and coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment fairs.Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsDiploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality or service industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a passion for people and recruitment excellence.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with recruitment systems, HR databases, and Microsoft Office applications.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
