Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Senior Manager to lead or be part of the product delivery teams, in the areas of agile development of web and mobile and delivery of mobile external customer-facing products.ResponsibilitiesLead for a group of developers, and responsible for code reviews, standards, and development of multiple lines of releasesWork with business on developing and deploying mobile and web products, integration using APIs with existing IT platforms, and develop fit for purpose solution that aligns with the IT Strategy roadmapHands-on to work and support the team on programming, code reviews etc.Work well with vendors and developersWork with different teams of business and system analysts to implement IT applications and platforms effectively and efficientlyWork with project sponsors and stakeholders and be accountable for projects deliverables.Drive good project management practices and governance within the IT teamRequirementsDegree in Computer Science or equivalentAt least 15 years of experience in mobile development including the use of mobile development platforms or DevOps experience in implementing mobile and web related external customer-facing productsAt least 5 years in managing and delivering development IT projects related to real estate, customer relationship, building construction or related fieldsHave played project roles of team leads, project manager, business analyst, solution architect and software developer Excellent coding and solutioning skills in Full-StackFamiliar with secured coding practicesGood written & verbal skills, able to communicate with all levels of management & staffEffectively bilingual in English and Mandarin; the candidate may be required to work closely with IT teams and vendors in the different regions.Having people management skills (leading teams) would be a consideration for more senior positionsCity Developments Limited (CDL) is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that respects the diversity of its employees and stakeholders.
