Edinburgh (with travel to the Isle of Skye)Full-time | PermanentAre you starting out in HR or ready to take the next step?Perle Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Officer to join our friendly central People Operations team in Edinburgh. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HR career; whether you're a graduate, HR apprentice, or HR Administrator; to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training.You'll support our Ilse of Skye hotels day to day, working closely with experienced HR professionals who will guide and develop you as you grow in the role.What you'll be doing:Supporting recruitment and onboardingLeading inductions for new team membersTracking training and complianceAssisting with employee relations caseworkProducing weekly and monthly HR activity updatesManaging HR administration and contractsWe're looking for someone who:Is organised, approachable, and keen to learnHas some HR or administrative experience (desirable, not essential)Is CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towardsIs comfortable working with colleagues at all levelsCan travel to Skye when requiredHas a full clean driver's license Why join Perle Hotels?Supportive HR team and strong mentoringExposure to "proper" operational HRClear development pathwayA people-focused, hospitality-led businessWhat's in it for you?Annual salary of £28,000An annual performance bonus28 days of holiday plus time off in lieuCompany Pension schemeEmployee assistance programmeDiscounts on hotel, restaurant and wellness outlets across the groupFriends and family hotel discounts across the group
