As People Engagement Manager, you're responsible and accountable for overall people engagement approach, framework, and activities that uphold company culture, branding and values.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role:Responsible & accountable for overall people engagement approach, framework and activities that uphold company culture, branding and valuesDefine directions and strategy in developing and nurturing the employee engagement activities, leadership development and training if needed (internally & externally)Lead, manage, and drive people focused projects as part of organization strategic focuses and needsEnsure organization activities and programs align with company culture, branding & valuesOversee program development, propose recommendation, oversee budget & manage OP strategy needs. Includes change management, team building, operational workshops, etc.Governs, develop, and sustain people engagement framework & approach that encompasses processes, standards & rules that applyClose collaboration with cross-functional teams and actively work with site leadership team to help positively influence company culture, branding & valuesInterface with close partnership with internal & external parties on all people engagement relevant topics.Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical is an advantage, or degree in human resources, communications, or any related field with 5+ years of experience in HR, communications, training and possess profound experience in managing people engagement activities in large scale company with >2000 employeesPossess strategic thinking and planning skillsProject management skillsStrong analytical thinking, situational analysis, and datainterpretation to provide insightsStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsExperience with employee engagement platforms and survey toolsExcellent communication in English, verbal & written.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
