Our mission is to revolutionize how agencies analyze and communicate data, ultimately helping them drive better results for their clients.We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist who will be an integral part of our team, reporting directly to our Manager, People Operations. This role will be responsible for many parts of the employee lifecycle here at AgencyAnalytics; from ensuring we have accurate data to supporting our growing number of employees as we scale with a laser focus on a positive experience. This role requires you to be both action and detail-oriented. You like finding ways to optimize processes and lead with empathy for the employee journey.This role requires someone who has laser focus and a people-first mentality, always ensuring that we have a seamless employee experience. You’ll be supporting our People Operations functions by doing anything from running payroll, keeping our people data and workflows accurate and up to date, reporting, data analysis, and managing our benefits administration. If that sounds like you, let’s chat!This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, with the expectation that you come in once a week.As a People Operations Specialist, you will:You will support the payroll process by entering data into our payroll system (ADP Workforce Now), helping with reconciliations, performing simple calculations, and tracking bi-weekly payroll dataYou will maintain accurate records of our employee data in our HRIS system (HiBob), along with ensuring that our data flows are working properlyYou will support the People team on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From onboarding, offboarding, documenting employee changes, to assisting with our HR programsYou will manage all the administration for our health benefits and RRSP programsYou will be the first point of contact for employee requests and questions through our internal ticketing system SupTask. You will own the People team inboxes and update form requests where neededYou will apply your analytical skills to interpret and analyze trends and metrics to support the People team programs. You will be focused on creating a positive working environment for our employees with a customer-centric mindsetWhat You'll BringYou have a Bachelor’s, College, or equivalent work experience in Human Resources / Business / Psychology/ Commerce related fieldsYou have 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in a progressive organization and fast-paced environmentYou have working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS, Payroll, ATS) and the ability to learn/adapt to various technologiesExperience with ADP WorkforceNow and HiBob is a plusYou have extreme attention to detail when it comes to managing dataYou have a strong people-first and customer-focused mentality when supporting internal employeesYou have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with our employees and work closely together as part of a teamYou can think analytically and critically; you can anticipate downstream impacts of system changes, and you are data-drivenCompensation Our base salary for this role ranges from $63,400 to $95,000 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity.
