Across the globe, we deliver recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing and advisory services for businesses of all shapes and sizes, opening doors for people with diverse skills, ambitions, and backgrounds.Recruitment Partner (3-6 Month FTC) – BurlingtonResponsibilitiesTo ensure the smooth running of the recruitment processes for external candidatesDrive down agency spend and increase direct recruitmentProvide an excellent service to internal clientsConduct ‘Voice of the Customer’ exercises when requiredEnsure SLAs are met at all timesWork on projects to raise the profile of Internal Resourcing and Robert Walters as a businessManage the recruitment process and work closely with the TA team in making sure all procedures are followed, and coordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all timesDirectly sourcing high calibre candidatesProviding support for the full recruitment lifecycle by working closely with the Stakeholders to understand the client groups and specific recruitment requirementsAdvertising of all open roles either internally or externallyQualify and interview prospective candidates via telephone or face to face where appropriateQualifying referral candidatesReview of all new candidates and presenting to the teamMaintain a pipeline of quality candidatesRespond to requests in a timely and professional manner, providing quality candidates for considerationProviding thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managersPopulate, develop and maintain the candidate databaseAssist in new projects regarding the Robert Walters ‘brand awareness’Working closely with the Background Screening Team, HR, Systems, and Hiring Managers in regard to all onboarding of candidatesProduce and deliver quarterly business reviews with key line managers and stakeholdersLocal RequirementsExisting Recruitment experience ideally across Corporate Functions and/or HR within a large construction or engineering environment would be highly desirableProven stakeholder engagement experience with a service lead and consultative approachExperience of both temporary and permanent recruitment would be highly beneficialUnderstanding of RPO models and processes would be desirable but not essentialBenefitsA unique opportunity to drive projects such as Employer Branding, Talent pipelining, Recruitment Innovation, Candidate ExperienceA track record of high performance and an ability to deliver excellent results consistently is key.
