Performance Digital Marketing Analyst

Location: Sudirman, Jakarta PusatEmployment Type: Full Time (Permanent)Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve established business goals.Identify and evaluate effective digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other advertising platforms.Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.Manage the digital marketing budget, including budget allocation and campaign optimization for cost efficiency.Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytical platforms to monitor performance and provide recommendations.Prepare regular performance reports for the management team, including results analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.Identify trends and patterns in performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing strategy.Collaborate with the creative, design, and content teams to ensure high-quality advertising materials that align with marketing strategies.Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.Qualifications : - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in fintech/trading is a plus). - Proficient in SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization. - Experienced in using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools. - Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.  How to Apply?Sent your updated CV to recruitment@tpfx.co.id with subject "[Your Name]_ Performance Digital Marketing Analyst"
