You will be the critical force designing and analyzing the incentive structures that fuel our sales engine. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, not a management position. We are a pure meritocracy; if you deliver exceptional results, your career trajectory and impact will be limitless.Key ResponsibilitiesIncentive Design & Strategy: Develop, model, and implement effective incentive structures for the sales team to drive performance and align with key business objectives.Performance Analysis & Optimization: Proactively monitor and analyze the performance of various sales channels, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic changes to rectify performance gaps.Incentive Calculation & Administration: Own the end-to-end process of calculating monthly incentive payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Communication & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all incentive-related inquiries. Clearly and effectively communicate incentive structures, changes, and policies to the sales team.Executive Reporting: Prepare insightful reports and presentations on sales performance and incentive effectiveness for the CEO and executive team to facilitate high-level strategic decisions.The Ideal Candidate: A Profile of a Mission-Driven Analytical LeaderWe are seeking a sharp, strategic individual with a truly exceptional analytical mind and a relentless passion for driving business performance. The ideal candidate is a high-performer from a fast-paced, analytical environment, ready to take on a critical, high-visibility role and prove their capabilities.Required Experience & QualificationsProfessional Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a highly analytical role such as business analysis, finance, consulting, or sales operations. (New graduates with exceptional analytical skills and a strong drive are encouraged to apply).Strong Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical field such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration (BBA), or a related quantitative discipline from a reputable university.Demonstrated Commitment: A track record that showcases dedication and focus. We are looking for individuals who are eager to build with us for the long term.Advanced Analytical & SQL Prowess: Fluency in advanced SQL is mandatory; completing a basic course is not sufficient. You must have deep experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and working with large, complex datasets. Advanced proficiency in Excel is also required.
