Experience the iNova difference today.The OpportunityWe currently have an opportunity for a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to join our eCommerce team on a full-time basis.Reporting to the E-Commerce Performance Marketing Manager core focus of the role is to lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of performance marketing activities in close partnership with our eCommerce Market Heads. Generating high-quality traffic and driving measurable eCommerce growth across multiple markets in our AMENA region (Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe). Manage campaigns across multiple media channels including META platforms and onsite eCommerce advertising with a particular emphasis on scaling and optimizing affiliate marketing as a major growth lever. Ensure that all campaigns are strategically aligned, efficiently managed, and deliver impactful results across digital platforms, with a strong focus on attracting and converting high-value audiences.Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators IncludeTransition & Strategy: Led the shift from agency-managed to in-house performance marketing across AMENA markets, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with regional growth objectives.Campaign Management & Growth: Designed and executed market-specific performance marketing strategies across AMENA (Asia, Middle East, North Africa, and Europe), driving high-quality traffic and measurable eCommerce impact. Owned end-to-end paid media campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Amazon, and Noon Minutes—optimizing ROAS, maximizing conversions, and scaling sales performance.Data-Driven Optimization: Managed budgets and leveraged analytics to continuously improve campaign efficiency, accelerate growth, and uncover new opportunities using tools like Power BI.Affiliate & Growth Innovation: Scaled affiliate marketing programs and led strategic engagement with affiliate agencies—strengthening partnerships, optimizing commission models, and driving profitability improvements to maximize ROI. Piloted new media channels and strategic growth levers to unlock new audiences, expand traffic reach, and elevate campaign effectiveness.Insights & Reporting: Delivered actionable performance insights to eCommerce Market Heads and regional stakeholders, enabling agile decision-making and sustained growthWhat Makes This Role ExcitingLead and manage multi-market performance marketing campaigns across the AMENA region (Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe), gaining hands-on exposure to diverse consumer behaviours, market dynamics, and platform-specific performance strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.Drive measurable impact across leading eCommerce and digital platforms including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Noon Minutes by optimizing campaigns that directly influence sales growth and brand visibility.Uncover what makes content resonate—from viral moments to high-converting campaigns—and transform those insights into powerful affiliate marketing strategies.Join a dynamic, performance-driven regional team that leverages data-led strategies to accelerate ecommerce growth across markets.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess the followingEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, or MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.; 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including proven success in managing Amazon Ads campaigns—covering setup, targeting, bidding optimization, and performance analysis to drive sales growth and ROI. Experience managing multi-platform campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Noon Minutes is a plus.Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), MS Excel, and PowerPoint; proven ability to interpret complex data, optimize budgets, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions. Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of B2C performance marketing channels, affiliate marketing management, and eCommerce marketplace advertising; prior agency or media platform experience is a plus; fluent in English (spoken and written).Personal AttributesAnalytical & Data-Driven: Expert in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions; digitally curious and proactive in adopting emerging tools and marketing trends.
