This role will collaborate closely with our brand communication, digital development, data analytics, and customer experience teams to deliver measurable results and enhance ROI from all paid media efforts.Qualifications;Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.Proven expertise in Adjust, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics (advanced level).Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.Excellent understanding of digital media, paid social, and attribution models.Experience managing cross-functional projects with brand and digital teams.Strong communication and presentation skills in English.Main Responsibilities;Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms.Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.Lead campaign setup, tracking, and performance analysis using Adjust, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand communication objectives.Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on data-driven performance analysis.Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.What Awaits You at Agesa?• Hybrid Work Model• Flexible Benefits: We can freely exchange our defined benefits for other benefits of our choice and use them as we wish.• Dress Code: We value comfortable working and do not enforce strict dress codes throughout the year!
