The clinic will be a hybrid walk-in/family practice and offer vaccinations. The space will have 10 exam rooms for at least 5 physicians to work out of. Each exam room is equipped with a computer, cabinets, sinks, a locker, and will function as a private office for physicians. Exam rooms can be used for paperwork, patient calls (via wall-mounted phone), and other tasks. Each physician will have access to 2 exam rooms. There will be a dedicated break room and separate washroom available for staff, as well as a shower room for staff use. The patient population will be full-spectrum. Bookings can be made through the website for in-person and virtual appointments, as well as through patient walk-ins.Languages: The ability to speak Farsi is considered an asset.Parking/Bike/Transit InformationPay parking available.Near Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station.Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Mondays to Saturdays
