COMPANY: Established Blue-Chip Apparel ManufacturerPOSITION: Personal AssistantLOCATION: OmanSALARY : 400 - 600 Oman Riyals + AccomodationGENDER: Male OVERVIEW:Our client is a leading diversified group of companies seeking for a highly experienced, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Director and senior management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Executive Support:Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director and occasionally to the wider leadership team.Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).Screen emails and calls, prioritize correspondence, and respond on behalf of the Director where appropriate.2.Communication & Coordination:Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.Coordinate with department heads across the group to ensure timely submissions and updates.3.Meeting & Event Management:Organize board meetings, leadership offsites, and high-level conferences including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.Track action items and ensure timely closure.4.Confidentiality & Discretion:Handle sensitive business and personal matters with absolute confidentiality and integrity.Maintain organized and secure filing systems for confidential records.5.Project Management & Operational Support:Assist the Director in tracking key initiatives and strategic projects across group companies.Support oversight of deadlines, action items, and stakeholder engagement.Conduct research and compile relevant information as needed.6.Personal Tasks (if applicable):Support in handling certain personal or household administrative duties as required.PRE - REQUISITES:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial course or equivalent professional qualification.- 8–10+ years of proven experience in a similar capacity- Current / Prior experience in supporting a Group-level role is an added advantage.- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
