The ideal candidate will have experience as a personal assistant, office management skills, and be capable of handling outdoor tasks, including bike riding for official work. This role also involves performing secretary duties to support the Executives.Skills and ExperienceManage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes when required.Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents in both digital and physical formats.Liaise with internal teams and external partners/vendors on behalf of the executive.Perform personal tasks for the executive including errands, reservations, and event planning.Monitor deadlines and support task prioritization for the executive.Provide administrative support in preparing presentations, reports, and communications.Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively offer solutions to improve workflow.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or related role.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Calendly, Slack, Zoom).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Flexible, proactive, and capable of multitasking under pressure.Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.Must be willing to work beyond regular office hours as required.Experience in coordination, travel planning, and multitasking across teams.Additional InformationJob Type: Full-timeShift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PMSalary : Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
