Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the roleYou will provide hands on support to the Southern South Island (SSI) Regional Operations Director in this fast-paced environment. This includes diary and email management, meeting coordination, minute taking, workflow and travel planning, and other administrative tasks.You’ll be a trusted support to the Director, helping manage shifting priorities, anticipate needs, and keep things running smoothly. Your role will be key to enabling conservation outcomes and supporting operational teams across the region.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceWe’re after someone who’s proactive, relationship-focussed, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
