Personal Assistant to CFO

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. You’ll be working in a fast-paced financial environment where attention to detail and professionalism are key.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Prepare, review, and organize financial and business documents as requested.Assist in meeting coordination, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Support with office administration and liaise with internal departments as required.Handle basic IT-related tasks and maintain digital records efficiently.Ensure smooth communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.Maintain confidentiality in all financial and personnel matters.Requirements1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.Strong background in administrative and secretarial functions.Familiarity with financial or office administration.Good IT knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work independently.What We OfferMonday to Friday working schedule.Attractive, negotiable salary package.Opportunity to work closely with senior management in a professional financial environment.
