Location: Battaramulla Job Summary:The Personal Assistant to the Director will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director’s daily activities. This role involves handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, overseeing office operations, and assisting in financial and IT-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional communication at all times.Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications and tasks assigned by the Director.Assist with office administration, document management, and record keeping.Qualifications & Skills:• Proven experience of 2–3 years in a similar PA or executive support role.• Strong background in administrative and secretarial functions.• Good knowledge of IT-related tasks, along with experience in financial and office administration.• Good knowledge of IT-related tasks, along with experience in financial and office administration.
