Pet Relocation Agent

Our mission is to ensure every animal receives the compassionate attention they deserve, all while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Pet Relocation Agent to join our team and manage end-to-end logistics for pets traveling locally and internationally. You’ll coordinate with airlines, authorities, and pet owners to ensure safe, stress-free journeys for animals under our care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full relocation process for pets (documentation, booking, and travel coordination)Handle MOCCAE permits, health certificates, microchips, and export/import proceduresLiaise with airlines, embassies, and veterinary authorities for approvalsCommunicate with clients to provide updates and travel requirementsPrepare quotes, invoices, and ensure compliance with airline/IATA standardsSupport clients with destination-specific requirements (vaccines, quarantine, etc.)RequirementsPrevious experience in pet relocation, travel coordination, or logistics (UAE experience preferred)Knowledge of UAE MOCCAE and IATA Live Animal RegulationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and passion for animal welfareProficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)Valid UAE driving license preferredWhat We OfferFull-time position based in Abu DhabiSupportive, animal-loving environmentCompetitive salary with performance incentivesTraining on MOCCAE procedures and travel systemsHow to Apply Send your CV and a short message about your experience in pet travel to care@pawspact.com with the subject line: Pet Relocation Agent – Your Name.
