Our work is grounded in respect, integrity, commitment, and genuine partnerships with the individuals and communities we support.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to residents within our aged care facility located at our aged care facilities. You will play a key role in mobility improvement, falls prevention, pain management and restoring physical independence.Responsibilities And DutiesAssess, plan, and develop individualised physiotherapy programsConduct mobility and functional assessmentsImplement evidence-based pain management strategiesWork collaboratively with nursing, care, and lifestyle teamsMaintain accurate documentation and progress notesThis role is being hired on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis. The salary range for this position ranges from 80k-90k per annum plus super.Skills, Attributes And ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA RegistrationExperience in aged careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to delivering empathetic, client-centred careSt Jude's Guildford Village is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
