Monitor and adjust plans in real-time to respond to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, and other unforeseen events.Digital Transformation:Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness. Implement and optimize digital solutions for demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.Performance Metrics:Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies. Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation. Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems. Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive performance improvements.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics software, and project management tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attributes:A passion for driving efficiency and performance improvements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
