Your Role Job Summary:工厂计划员是工厂生产运营的核心职能，需基于化工行业生产特性制定并落地生产周计划，日计划。该岗位需紧密联动销售、客服，采购、仓储、生产等部门，精准平衡订单需求、原料供应、设备产能与安全合规要求，通过动态追踪生产进度、优化资源配置（含人力、设备、物料），确保按质、按量、按期交付，同时提升库存周转率，支撑工厂达成成本控制与高效运营目标。Duties and Responsibilities: -成品计划：根据订单，预测安排工厂成品排产计划，满足前端需求。有计划缺口，及时提出并协调解决。原料计划：根据成品计划，执行对应原料计划。 与采购部对接，确保原料按时到厂。库存管理：定期review 工厂呆滞库存，安全库存设定，确保工厂库存周转率健康。S&OP 会议：协助经理组织S&OP会议，提前准备S&OP相关资料，包括工厂产能分析及瓶颈识别数据管理： 定期通过SAP，追踪相应数据，包括得率，计划执行率，呆滞库存，物料masterdata等数据Education : Bachelor Degree in related field (biochemistry, biopharma, pharma, life sciences).Experience :必须有SAP MM&PP 模块操作经验有多批次小批量高频率切换的计划排产经验有化工背景，有在工厂办公经历Brenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
