The engineer will be responsible for managing project cost control processes, preparing and analyzing cost reports, and ensuring that projects stay within planned budgets. They will monitor project progress, implement cost management strategies, and provide support in project control to optimize resources and maintain efficiency across all stages of development.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost ReportingStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate complex data setsExperience in Project Control processes and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldPrior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plusFamiliarity with relevant project management tools and software
