The company is fully insured and authorized to operate in Suriname and the CARICOM community. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Planning Manager role located in Paramaribo. The Planning Manager will oversee, coordinate, and optimize operational planning and scheduling to ensure efficient execution of security and crisis management services. Responsibilities include drafting and implementing strategic plans, conducting operational analyses, managing schedules, allocating resources, and collaborating with various teams. The Planning Manager will also address logistical challenges, evaluate the effectiveness of operational plans, and ensure compliance with company standards and protocols. Qualifications Strong organizational skills, including expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational analysisProficiency in scheduling and logistics managementExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in security management or related industries is a plusKnowledge of compliance standards and industry best practicesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferredProficiency in using planning and scheduling tools/software
