As we expand our footprint into the Bahamas, we’re seeking an experienced Plant Manager to drive safe, reliable operations from commissioning through steady-state performance. You’ll lead a locally based operations team, implement best-in-class processes, and partner closely with our technical and commercial stakeholders to optimize throughput and reliability of the facility. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Plant Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the terminal.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll seamlessly blend big‑picture strategy with day‑to‑day execution—mentoring your team, optimizing processes, and stepping in as a technical “engineer‑in‑action” whenever needed—to deliver world‑class performance across people, assets and operations. Oversee all operational aspects of the LNG terminal, ensuring continuous, efficient, and compliant production.
Act as Operations Rep to LNG project & ensuring adequate knowledge transfer throughout the process of engineering, construction, commissioning and startup prior to operations. Once the LNG Project is completed manage day-to-day activities of operations, maintenance, engineering, and technical teams across 24/7 coverage. Drive performance across availability, reliability, and throughput KPIs. Coordinate and execute planned and unplanned outages with minimal disruption and full adherence to safety and contractual standards. Ensure full compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and standards (OSHA, EPA, and regional equivalents).
Serve as the primary interface for client and regulator discussions on operational performance, compliance, and risk. Ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded, driving continuous client satisfaction. Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), aligning operational strategy with commercial objectives. Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance, ensuring cost-effective operations and value creation. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or similar technical field). Progressive leadership experience in large-scale industrial or energy infrastructure (oil & gas, petrochemical or power generation). Desired Experience: LNG & Marine Terminal operations experience.
Demonstrated expertise in HSEQ systems and leading a culture of safety and compliance. Familiarity with U. S. and regional Caribbean safety regulations and environmental frameworks. Experience with CMMS platforms (e. g. , SAP, Maximo, Infor) for maintenance, asset, and work order management. Proven ability to lead a 24/7 operations team of 8-12 people with the ability to manage multiple priorities and wear different hats
