We partner with visionary founders and frontier technologies to build the intelligent infrastructure that will define the future.RoleThe Platform & Portfolio Growth Associate is a key role supporting Novarc’s portfolio companies and strengthening the firm’s platform capabilities. You will work closely with the founder and investment team to deliver hands-on support, build scalable resources, and drive initiatives that help portfolio companies grow more efficiently. This role blends strategy, operations, research, and ecosystem building. You’ll contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives, support portfolio needs, and help build the systems and capabilities that define Novarc’s value beyond capital.What You’ll DoPortfolio Support & Growth EnablementSupport portfolio founders with operational, analytical, and strategic tasks across product, growth, hiring, partnerships, and fundraising.Assist with developing playbooks, templates, and tools that help startups navigate early-stage challenges.Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform decision-making.Track portfolio KPIs, identify insights or risks, and support follow-up actions.Platform Development & Ecosystem BuildingHelp build and maintain Novarc’s internal platform resources — knowledge bases, dashboards, processes, and founder guides.Support relationship-building with advisors, partners, corporates, and service providers.Coordinate communication loops with portfolio companies to ensure timely support.Help organize portfolio sessions, workshops, and ecosystem gatherings.Strategic Projects & Internal SupportWork with the founder on strategic initiatives, including market mapping, sector research, partnership scouting, and internal projects.Contribute platform insights or portfolio intelligence to investment memos, reporting, or presentations.Assist in developing reports, materials, and documentation that enhance internal alignment.Cross-Team CoordinationCollaborate with the investment and operations teams to align platform efforts with firm-wide goals.Translate portfolio needs into internal follow-ups, systems improvements, or actionable recommendations.Maintain smooth information flow across teams and stakeholders.What We’re Looking For1–3 years in strategy, growth, operations, consulting, venture platform, or founder-facing roles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities; able to turn insights into clear deliverables.Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; credible with founders and operators.Ability to build and maintain organized systems, workflows, and playbooks.High adaptability, ownership mindset, and curiosity about startups and emerging markets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.Familiarity with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or digital infrastructure is considered advantageous.Why This Role MattersAs a Platform & Portfolio Growth Associate, you help ensure Novarc delivers real value — not just capital.
