Senior Specialist, Pricing

Role PurposeTo provide pricing & tariffing support for all pricing-related projects and products, including analyzing, evaluating, monitoring, and modifying existing prices for mobile, fixed, and ICT services in the enterprise segment. This role also involves developing new pricing propositions, handling pricing activities, and conducting analysis to ensure competitive pricing in the market. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to create business cases and feasibility studies to guide pricing strategies. Position Information Title: Senior Specialist, Pricing Unit: Business Division: Business Sales Location: HQ Grade Senior Specialist: P6 Minimum Role Requirements Qualification: Bachelor Senior Specialist: 6 with bachelor, 12 with diploma, 20 with High School Key Accountabilities Create new and innovative pricing models to meet the needs of enterprise customers. Perform thorough analysis to determine suitable pricing plans for new and existing products. Support in shaping and executing pricing strategies aligned with Omantel’s business goals. Create comprehensive business cases and presentations to guide pricing proposals. Ensure that all customized offers adhere to established pricing policies. Work closely with product managers to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure pricing models are consistent with company standards. Assist in conducting market surveys and research to gather data for pricing decisions. Regularly evaluate pricing performance and adjust strategies to maintain market competitiveness. Identifies and evaluates sales opportunities, develops customized offers and support in writing proposals.
