12 months ContractCentralAttractive bonusJob DescriptionOperational ManagementLead and manage a team of outsourced operations/system engineers responsible for day-to-day O&S of Tech Marketplace (SDMP and IDP).Review and approve operational change requests, maintenance schedules, and deployment plans.Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and timely incident response.Coordinate with Cloud Platform Service Providers for incident triaging and root cause analysis.Oversee operational deliverables, including account reviews, vulnerability management, and monthly reports.Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for supported operational teams across various Platform Service Providers.Work closely with platform teams (ServiceNow, IDP Catalogue Providers) to ensure alignment of requirements and smooth service delivery.System Governance & Continuous ImprovementDrive timely updates of documentation such as runbooks, playbooks, and SOPs.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to reduce manual tasks.Ensure compliance with configuration standards, access controls, and security policies.Coordinate with platform teams to plan, test, and implement new features, upgrades, and system integrations.Manage system lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and EOL/EOS deprecation planningJob RequirementsMore than 2 years of experience in AWS Cloud OperationsMore than 2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platformStrong understanding of enterprise IT system/platform managementGood knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevSecOps processesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities effectively
